Transit Oriented Development and Timely Payments

Once again, Kaid Benfield has written a piece worthy of discussion and dissection. Recent research by the NRDC and the Center for Housing Technology has found that, when all other factors are controlled, residents of housing located near public transit and in walkable locations are substantially less likely to default on payments.
